We are Jennifer and Gaudenz (Jen and GP)
We live in Carmel, CA, and are both retired (well, OK, Jen still works part-time but from home). We have enjoyed travel for many years and would like to share our stories and pictures with family and friends; thus this blog site. Owning an RV makes that our most common mode of travel but we enjoy other travel as well; trips around the country and abroad, when we can, with the occasional cruise thrown in. We love camping and being outdoors. Mountains inspire us. If it involves being near, on, or in the water, count us in!
The RV
Our home away from home
After renting a few RVs in different sizes and styles, we ended up purchasing a used 2021 Entegra Class A Vision 29S motor home. While it has proven to be a very comfortable and useful RV, we have made some changes and upgrades to it. You can see some of these in the RV blog entries.
The Jeep
Our Jeep
We have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon that was bought used. It is still mostly stock but has an upgraded front bumper with a winch. It has also been modified to enable us to flat tow it behind our RV so we can take it on the longer journies.
